For hard-to-see areas like roofs and chimneys, I use drone footage to take a closer look. It helps catch things you might otherwise miss without adding risk or guesswork.
I’m FAA Part 107 certified, so everything is done safely and the right way.

Clean, simple aerial photos to give a better view of the property and surrounding area. Great for listings that need a little more context—nothing flashy, just useful.

I’ve seen a lot over the years. Not many home inspectors have run an organic farm in Wisconsin, flown planes in Alaska, earned an MBA in Chicago all while raising a family.
From building and fixing farm equipment to maintaining real estate investments, I learned to how to look closely, ask the right questions, and tell people the truth.
Now, as a home inspector, I bring that same mindset into every house I walk through.
